1. Who we are

Vytalix Holdings LLC ("Vytalix," "we," "us," "our") is a San Antonio, Texas-based AI infrastructure agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information you provide when you visit vytalixholdings.com, fill out our contact form, book a discovery call, or otherwise communicate with us.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information you provide — name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, and a description of your needs, submitted through our contact form or discovery-call booking page.
  • Communication content — emails, SMS messages, and call notes exchanged with you in the course of evaluating or delivering services.
  • Usage data — IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, collected via standard server logs and cookies for analytics purposes.
  • Billing information — for active customers, payment information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls.
  • To deliver services we have contracted to provide.
  • To send transactional and service-related communications by email and SMS (see "SMS Messaging" below).
  • To send invoices and process payments.
  • To improve our website and offerings via aggregated analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS messaging — A2P 10DLC disclosures

Vytalix Holdings does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or any information collected as part of our SMS program with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or fraud prevention (e.g., Twilio, the SMS gateway we use), is permitted.

How you opt in: By submitting our contact form at vytalixholdings.com/contact and including a mobile phone number, by booking a discovery call through our calendar booking page, or by verbally consenting on a discovery call, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vytalix Holdings regarding your inquiry, scheduled meetings, project updates, invoicing, and general customer support related to the services you've requested.

Message frequency: Frequency varies. Recipients should expect to receive between 0 and 10 SMS messages per month depending on the stage of their engagement with us. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional SMS.

Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are sent over your mobile carrier's network; standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply depending on your plan.

How to opt out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. You will receive a confirmation, and we will not send further messages unless you opt back in.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business — including but not limited to:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Resend (transactional email delivery)
  • Twilio (SMS messaging)
  • Google Workspace (email and document storage)
  • Cal.com (calendar bookings)
  • Vercel and Supabase (web hosting and database)

These providers are contractually bound to use the information only to provide their services to Vytalix. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain contact and communication records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by emailing alecn@vytalixholdings.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California, EU), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at alecn@vytalixholdings.com.

8. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for basic site functionality and third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly without them.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
